Contact and enquiries

For privacy questions contact Erdwerk Baumaschinen at info@erdwerk-baumaschinen.ch or 033 823 38 52. Provider details are in the legal notice. Form entries initially remain in your browser. On submission, contact details and the message pass through the website server to Wix Automations and then to Erdwerk’s business recipients. They are used to handle your hire, purchase or service enquiry; you are not automatically subscribed to a newsletter.

Storage and alternative contact methods

The website has no separate enquiry database. Data may be stored in Wix and business mailboxes. Email drafts pass to your email application; WhatsApp links pass the prepared text to WhatsApp. You send the message yourself in the chosen app. Use these methods only if you want to share the details with that service; its privacy terms also apply.

Hosting and technical data

OpenAI Sites hosts the website on Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical data such as IP address, requested pages and access time may be processed for delivery and security. Administration is restricted to the owner through ChatGPT sign-in. Product data and media are stored persistently in the hosting infrastructure. Form protection uses a short-lived counter derived from IP address and time window; expired counters are removed on subsequent requests.

Analytics only with consent

Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) loads only after voluntary consent. It measures views, finder/filter use, contact clicks and successful enquiries. Cookies, browser and connection data and transfers to the USA may be involved. Sent data includes business area, enquiry category, contact channel, page, machine identifier, result count and broad source group, not form contents or contact details. URL query parameters are removed. Google Ads is configured as a destination, but advertising consent and personalisation remain disabled.

Choices, external services and your rights

Without consent, the Google tag is not loaded. Your choice is stored locally. With consent, the entry page, broad source and visited sales-region identifier are stored for the session, not your residence or full referrer URLs. Machineryline, Tutti or Ricardo may be identified as sources. You can withdraw through privacy settings. Maps and WhatsApp open only on click. Images and videos may load from Wix, sharing connection data such as IP address with that provider. PDFs load from the linked provider. Contact Erdwerk for access, correction, retention or deletion requests. Enquiries are retained as needed for handling, resulting orders or legal obligations.
